Gluten Free Soy Seed Sprinkles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 1/2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce feel free to play around with the amount of soy sauce you use

Instructions

  • Preheat fan forced oven to 160 degrees celcius
  • Line a slice sized tray with baking paper
  • Place all ingredients in tray and stir to combine
  • Roast in oven for around 20 minutes or until seeds have lightly browned
  • Leave to cool and throughly dry out
  • Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks
